■A joyful comment from Yuki Yamada (starring as Toshizo Hijikata)
Thank you for the AACA Best Actor Award and for selecting me as Japan's representative.
I'm very happy, but when I received the message from the producer, it didn't quite sink in at first, and the joy slowly welled up inside me.
I'm reflecting on the days of filming, drawing parallels between the Shinsengumi, each individual, and everyone working together.
The protagonist's words, "Let's bloom to the fullest," resonated with the audience.
I was saved so many times by my friends in Chiruran. I couldn't have done it alone.
Thank you to everyone who was involved with Chiruran and to everyone who watched it.
