TV anime “Arte” will start broadcasting in April 2020! The first key visual/PV has been released!

It has been decided that the TV anime “Arte”, which is being serialized in “Monthly Comic Zenon”, will be broadcast from April 2020! The first key visual and PV of the anime, additional cast and main staff information were also announced.
The cast includes Mikako Komatsu who plays the main character Arte, Katsuyuki Konishi who plays Arte's mentor Leo, Junya Enoki who plays Angelo, Sayaka Ohara who plays Veronica, Kosuke Toriumi who plays Yuri, and M.A.O who plays Katarina. The main staff is Takayuki Hamana, who is the director, and Seven Arcs, the creator of the Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha series, is in charge of animation production. Reiko Yoshida will be in charge of series composition, Chieko Miyagawa will be in charge of character design and chief animation director, and Goro Ito will be in charge of music.
Junya Enoki as Angelo: Angelo grew up in a family with many sisters, so he is close to women, but in terms of love, I felt that he was naive and a cute boy. I would like to express how Angelo's worldview changes little by little after meeting Arte.
Sayaka Ohara as Veronica: Veronica feels happy about the commonality of ``a love of books,'' and despite her position as a woman who tends to be looked down upon in this day and age, despite her glamorous and graceful appearance, Veronica is a high-class prostitute who is strong and strong in her own way of life. The way he lived his life made me feel chills while acting. I feel like an older sister to Arte and Leo, and I act with tolerance and elegance♪
Kosuke Toriumi as Yuri: I'm really looking forward to the role of Yuri, who I'm going to play this time, because I can't see what's going on inside of him, and he's a man with a lot of quirks, and he's also a character that will have a certain kind of influence on Arte. I was there. Also, I really enjoy playing characters with such connotations, so I'm looking forward to the OA. I hope everyone will be looking forward to ``Arte.''
M・A・O as Katarina: I found Katarina-chan's slightly clumsy, innocent side to be very attractive. I would be happy if you could pay attention to Katarina's struggles and how she grows as she meets and interacts with Arte. Nice to meet you!
Director Takayuki Hamana: When I read the original story, it was set in Ference and Venice in the 16th century, and I was moved by Arte's ability to face hardships with a positive attitude despite the difficult circumstances of the time. As someone whose job is to express themselves through pictures, I was deeply moved. I'm currently working on the anime with all my might. We are looking forward to the day when we can deliver it to everyone. Series composition Reiko Yoshida: Those who are single-minded, pure, and single-minded will receive backlash, be smeared, and be criticized. While reading the original story and writing the script, I was encouraged by the heroine Arte, who cannot accept all of this, but tries her best. I hope that everyone can receive power from Arte as well. Character design/chief animation director Chieko Miyagawa:
Music: Goro Ito: Florence in the 16th century. Complex polyphonic music and secular songs were being created actively, and before long, Monteverdi was creating new music and various cultures were intersecting. Just as Arte's theme was being created, my eyes opened up and the story of Arte rushing towards her dreams began to unfold. I think the other characters naturally became musical notes as well. I'm looking forward to the release of the anime.

◆About the story The setting is Florence in the early 16th century. Born as the daughter of an aristocrat in a capital where painting and sculpture are popular, Arte has been obsessed with drawing ever since she could remember. Arte spends her days dreaming of becoming a painter someday, but the trends of the times do not favor women becoming painters. There, Arte is forced to make the biggest decision of his life... A human drama about a girl running towards her dreams during the Renaissance period. Despite encountering many difficulties, his story depicts his enthusiasm for painting and his positive attitude toward living ``in his own way'', arousing sympathy from all who come into contact with him. ◆Staff Original work: Kei Okubo “Arte” (serialized in “Monthly Comic Zenon”/North Stars Pictures) Director: Takayuki Hamana Series composition: Reiko Yoshida Historical research: Takaaki Suzuki Character design/chief animation director: Chieko Miyagawa Sub-character design: Satoko Miyaji Prop design: Tomokai Okado, Goichi Iwahata Art setting: Issuke Yoshihara Art director: SCOTT MACDONALD Art: Studio Chulip Layout supervision: Kenji Masuda Color design: Emiko Tate Director of photography: Takuya Noshiro Special effects: Naoyuki Fukuda Edit: Kazuhiko Seki Sound director: Yasunori Ebina Sound effects: Kiyotaka Kawada Sound production: Glow Vision Music: Goro Ito Music production: Flying Dog Animation production: Seven Arcs ◆Cast Arte: Mikako Komatsu Leo: Katsuyuki Konishi Angelo: Junya Enoki Veronica: Sayaka Ohara Yuri: Kosuke Toriumi Katarina: M・A・O ◆Official homepageOfficial twitter accountOfficial Instagram account ◆Original information “Arte” Author: Kei Okubo Publisher: North Stars Pictures Publisher: Tokuma Shoten It has been serialized in Monthly Comic Zenon since the December 2013 issue, and the cumulative circulation has now exceeded 750,000 copies!
