Set in the 1980s when "Cat's Eye" was serialized, an exhilarating retro and stylish crime action unfolds!
The targets are the "three paintings" left behind by Cat's Eye's father.
A “dream thief showdown” between Lupine and Cats who aim for the painting together. Each charming character intermingles, and the story eventually leads to a surprising "secret" hidden in the picture...
The eccentric worldview typical of ``Lupin the Third'' is fused with the emotional story that stirs the heart of ``Cat's Eye.'' A new work that is classic and bold has been completed.
The directors are Kofumi Shizuno and Hiroyuki Seshita.
Furthermore, many up-and-coming creators have created high-quality images using cell-look CG. The “luxury voice actors” who followed the original versions are also included, making the work more exciting!

【STORY】
1981, Tokyo.
Hitomi, Tears, and Ai, three beautiful sisters who run a coffee shop during the day and cause a stir as the phantom thief Cat's Eye at night, steal a painting from an art exhibition. Around the same time, Lupine the Third, an elusive master thief, appeared in Tokyo. He also managed to outwit a certain armed group and steal a painting.
Both paintings they stole were from the triptych ``Bouquet and Girl'' by artist Michel Heinz.
For the three Cat sisters, this is an important clue to find out the whereabouts of their father, Heinz.
The girls learn that the legendary thief's "prey" is just like them, and their eyes hold a beautiful fighting spirit...
