The ``Next Manga Award'' was started in 2014 with the aim of discovering and introducing works that are likely to become popular in the future, rather than manga that are currently hits.
``Mouryo Girl'' has been nominated as a candidate for this year's award. The winner will be chosen from among the 50 nominees based on popularity votes from readers.
