The 5th issue of “pomodoro”, a free magazine that conveys the “deliciousness” of Kumamoto, has been published!

A free magazine with the concept of "conveying the deliciousness of Kumamoto"tomato” (36 pages in total). The latest issue No. 5 will be distributed for free starting today, January 10th, at Cafe Zenon & Zenon Sakaba in Kichijoji, Tokyo, Ginza Kumamoto Building, and other locations.

This issue features Takashi Hishie, a chef from Kumamoto who strives to popularize additive-free cooking. The head chef of Café Zenon & Zenon Sakaba went to Kumamoto to introduce the additive-free dishes he learned directly from Hisie. The eight new menu items listed can be ordered at the store starting today.
